At Savoir Faire Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened fragrance bottles cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via the portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original designer box and shipping carton to ensure the glass remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the item's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
